Let’s talk. We’ll sit down and chat about your wants and needs… your price range and your desires. Then we can talk about Randolph and what a great town it is. If Randolph is not right for you, we’ll find other towns nearby that might be a better match for you.
LOOK
Seek and ye shall find. While showing homes to you, I will get a better idea of what you like… and what you don’t. I will show you options that you may not have been aware of in order to educate you about the local market. As we narrow the options, we’ll find the home that is just right for you.
TERMS
When you’ve found that perfect home, I will offer advice on pricing, and help you make an offer that will include terms that will suit you, while being attractive to the seller of the home. Price is important, but we have to focus on down payment, occupancy and other terms.
DEAL
Congratulations! You’ve found the home and the seller has accepted your offer. Next, I will work to complete the contract information, communicate with your attorney and arrange the home inspection after attorney review has been completed successfully. Once the mortgage has been approved, you’re ready to close.
SAFE!
